Deviled Macaroni Deluxe
Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg elbow macaroni cooked
- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c sharp cheese cubed or shredded
- 14 c green pepper or pimiento
- 2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
- 14 c milk
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 4 hard-cooked eggs sliced
Directions
- Combine macaroni soup milk seasonings and cheese
- Mix well Spoon half into greased casserole
- Add layer of sliced eggs
- Top with remaining mixture
- Mix bread crumbs and butter
- Sprinkle over top
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
- Garnish with remaining egg slices
- Serves 6 to 8
