Deviled Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 6 pork chops
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• 3 Tbsp tomato ketchup
• 12 tsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp shortening
• 1 c water
• salt to taste
• black pepper to taste
• red pepper to taste
• garlic salt to taste

Directions

1. Season pork chops with salt both peppers and garlic salt Heat shortening in skillet
2. Brown pork chops on both sides
3. Add water
4. Add remaining ingredients over pork chops
5. Cover and cook over slow heat until done
