Deviled Round Steak

Ingredients

• 2 lb round steak
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 4 Tbsp lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp meat sauce
• 14 tsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp minced onion
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Sear steak deeply on each side
2. Brush with mustard salt and pepper
3. Cover well with flour and brown in hot oil on both sides Add other seasoning and water
4. Cover and cook slowly until tender
