Deviled Swiss Steak
Ingredients
- 2 c canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 12 c flour seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 12 lb sirloin steak cut into 2-inch x 3-inch pieces
- 1 c sliced onion
- 1 c water
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 12 tsp salt
- paprika and pepper
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
- Dredge meat with seasoned flour and saute in skillet with onions
- Mix tomatoes and water add Worcestershire sauce mustard sugar salt paprika and pepper Pour mixture over meat in skillet simmer 1 12 hours
