Deviled Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 c canned tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 12 c flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 12 lb sirloin steak cut into 2-inch x 3-inch pieces
  • 1 c sliced onion
  • 1 c water
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 12 tsp salt
  • paprika and pepper

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
  2. Dredge meat with seasoned flour and saute in skillet with onions
  3. Mix tomatoes and water add Worcestershire sauce mustard sugar salt paprika and pepper Pour mixture over meat in skillet simmer 1 12 hours
