Diabetic Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 6 pared sliced apples
- 1 6 oz can frozen apple juice
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c water
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions
- Fill pie shell with sliced apples
- Heat apple juice to boiling
- Dissolve cornstarch in water
- Stir into hot juice Cook until thick
- Add spices to juice mixture and pour over apples
- Dot with butter
- Cover with top crust
- Bake at 425 for 45 minutes
