Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • artificial sweetener to equal 1 c sugar
  • 34 c oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cook raisins in water until they are soft
  2. Drain Add applesauce eggs sweetener and oil
  3. Mix well Blend in baking soda flour and remaining ingredients Bake at 350 about 19 minutes
  4. One cupcake equals 1 fruit and 1 fat
