Diabetic Maple Flavored Pancake Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 c apple juice
- 2 12 tsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 6 pkg Equal or 1 34 tsp equal measure
- 1 tsp maple flavoring
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In small saucepan combine apple juice and cornstarch
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
- Cook and stir 2 minutes more
- Remove from heat and stir in butter Equal maple flavoring and vanilla
- Serve over pancakes waffles or French toast
- Makes 1 cup
