Diabetic Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 c flour may use self-rising
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 14 c buttermilk
- 18 c melted butter
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients then add egg milk and butter
- Mix well and measure 14 cup batter for each pancake
- Pour into a warm nonstick skillet until brown turning once
- Makes 10 pancakes
