Diabetic Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 c plus 2 Tbsp persimmon pulp
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c flour
- 12 c cinnamon
- 1 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 tsp soda
- 2 Tbsp sweetener and 1 tsp
Directions
- Mix pulp sweetener and egg
- Add dry ingredients and a little of the milk
- Blend well
- Add rest of milk and butter
- Bake 55 minutes at 325
