Diabetic Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and cut into eighths
- 1 small onion into eighths
- 1 c skim milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 c water
- 1 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Combine potatoes onion water and salt in saucepan
- Cover and boil until potatoes are done about 20 minutes
- Then add milk and margarine and pepper
