Diabetic Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 2 pkg sugar-free Jell-O
• 1 angel food cake
• 2 c lite Cool Whip

Directions

1. Crumble angel food cake into bite-size pieces and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
2. Mix Jell-O as directed on box and pour over crumbled cake
3. Put in refrigerator and let stand until Jell-O is jelled
4. Spread Cool Whip over mixture and serve
