Diabetic Sugarless Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c raisins
- 1 sq baking chocolate
- 1 c chopped apple
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c water
- 12 c margarine
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 12 Tbsp liquid sweetener
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Chop raisins and boil water and raisins for 5 minutes in a 2-quart pan
- Remove from heat and add apples chocolate and margarine
- When mixture is cool stir in flour baking powder and soda
- Add egg liquid sweetener Sweet 10 and vanilla
- Beat 1 minute by hand and stir in nuts
- Bake in 9 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350
- Cut into pieces wrap and store in freezer Contains 175 calories per piece
