Diabetic Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 4 serving size pkg Jell-O sugar-free gelatin any flavor
- 34 c boiling water
- 12 c cold water or substitute with 12 c fruit juice
- 1 8 oz container vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 12 tsp vanilla optional
- ice cubes
Directions
- Completely
- dissolve gelatin in boiling waterCombine cold water
- andenoughice
- cubes
- to measure 1 cup
- Add to gelatin and
- stir
- untilslightly
- thickened
- Remove
- any unmelted ice
- Stir in yogurt and vanilla
- Pour into individual dishes and chill until set about 30 minutesMakes 2 12 cups of 5 servings
