DiabeticS Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c applesauce
• 1 egg
• 2 c flour
• 12 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• nuts if desired
• raisins if desired
• 12 c oil
• 3 to 4 packets sugar substitute
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Combine applesauce oil egg and sugar substitute
2. Combine remaining ingredients and add them to applesauce mixture
3. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan
4. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until it tests done
