DianeS Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 chicken boiled and deboned I just used a pkg of chicken breasts
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 small jar pimentos
• 1 small can chopped chiles
• 1 small jar jalapeno flavored Cheez Whiz
• 1 bag Doritos

Directions

1. Mix chopped chicken and all of ingredients except Doritos Heat
2. Also add 12 can of chicken broth or milk
3. Crush Doritos and pour 12 of bag in bottom of long casserole dish
4. Pour heated mixture over chips
5. Top with remaining chips and brown a little in the oven
6. Good served with salad and Ranch Style beans
