Diced Mcintosh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 2 c diced McIntosh apples
• 1 beaten egg
• 12 c vegetable oil
• 1 12 c flour
• 1 tsp soda baking
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Add sugar to diced apples and let stand for 10 minutes
2. Sift flour and spices
3. Blend oil and egg into apple mixture
4. Add flour mixture all at once
5. Beat with large spoon until well blended
6. Pour into a 9-inch well greased pan
7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
