Diet Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz can frozen apple juice as it is
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp oleo
  • 5 c cooked sliced apples
  • pastry for double crust pie

Directions

  1. Mix cornstarch and apple juice and bring to a boil
  2. Mix cinnamon nutmeg oleo and apples and add to juice
  3. Pour into an unbaked pie shell
  4. Place top crust over and make several slits in top
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown
