Ingredients

  • 2 c cooked butternut squash
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 c skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp reduced calorie margarine
  • 2 Tbsp coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp sugar not with aspertame

Directions

  1. Pour into a casserole dish
  2. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
