Diet Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken your choice which pieces
- 12 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 12 medium onion cut in rings
- 1 tsp sage
Directions
- Line baking pan with foil
- Arrange chicken pieces in pan Cover with foil
- Mix together other ingredients and sprinkle over chicken
- Place onion rings on top
- Bake at 350 until tender
