Diet Lovers Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg light cream cheese
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip Light
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In large bowl with electric mixer beat all ingredients together until creamy and all lumps are gone
- Frosting is now ready to spread over cake
- Will frost 9 x 13-inch cake or two 8-inch layer cakes
- Best on chocolate cake
