Set aside 1 cup flour Mix remaining flour sugar salt and yeast Heat mustard and butter to 130 Stir in flour mixture Stir in enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough Knead 4 minutes Roll out dough to 14-inch Sprinkle with ham cheese and pickles Fold in half and press edges Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise 15 minutes Brush with egg and bake at 375 until golden
