Ingredients

  • 4 c flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 pkg RapidRise yeast
  • 1 c water
  • 14 c Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 12 c ham chopped
  • 1 c Swiss cheese
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese
  • 12 c dill pickles
  • 1 egg beaten

Directions

  1. Set aside 1 cup flour Mix remaining flour sugar salt and yeast Heat mustard and butter to 130 Stir in flour mixture Stir in enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough Knead 4 minutes Roll out dough to 14-inch Sprinkle with ham cheese and pickles Fold in half and press edges Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise 15 minutes Brush with egg and bake at 375 until golden
