Dill Bread

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast softened in 14 c warm water
- 1 c cottage cheese warmed to lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp dill seed
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp soda
- 1 egg and softened yeast
- 2 14 to 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Combine all except flour
- Add flour to form stiff dough Cover let rise in warm place until light and doubled in bulk Knead down and put in loaf pan
- Let rise
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
