Dill Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 14 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt optional
- 2 14 c flour
- 4 tsp dill seed
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp onion minced
- 1 egg
- 1 c cottage cheese creamed
Directions
- Soften yeast
- Add cottage cheese sugar onion butter dill salt soda and egg
- Alternately add flour
- Beat well
- Let rise about 1 to 2 hours
- Stir dough to decrease bubbling
- Put batter into 1 or 2 loaf pans
- Let rise 30 more minutes
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
- Brush with butter
