Dilled Green Bean Bundles
Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 34 c warm water
- 2 medium lemons
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 16 oz can whole green beans
Directions
- Place dill in water for 1 hour
- Cut lemons in half and juice Slice the rind into rings
- Combine dill water 14 cup lemon juice vinegar and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil Drain beans and place in a glass or crockery bowl
- Place lemon rings over the beans and pour the dill dressing over all
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Drain beans and arrange them on lettuce leaves with a lemon ring surrounding them forming bundles
- Serves 8
