Dilly Beans
Ingredients
- beans
- 2 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dill seed
- 14 tsp minced garlic
- 14 tsp red pepper
- 2 c white vinegar
- 2 c water
Directions
- Pack the beans into 4 pint jars
- Add the salt dill seed garlic and red pepper to the beans in the jars
- Bring the vinegar and water to a boil
- Pour into jars and seal
- Process 5 to 10 minutes
