Dilly Bread

Ingredients
- 1 pkg dry yeast dissolved in 14 c warm water
- 1 c small curd cottage cheese heated to lukewarm
- 1 Tbsp softened butter or oleo
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp instant minced onion or fresh chopped
- 2 tsp dill seed
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 14 to 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except flour
- Mix thoroughly not with mixer
- Add flour gradually
- Cover and let rise about 1 hour in a warm place
- Punch down put in greased small loaf pans or casserole dish
- Let rise covered 30 to 40 minutes
- Bake for 40 minutes at 325
- Recipe can be doubled but use 9 x 13-inch pan
