Dilly Casserole Bread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 14 c lukewarm water
- 1 c cottage cheese warmed
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp instant onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp soda
- 2 12 c flour
- 2 tsp dill seed
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water Add cottage cheese and egg Add sugar
- Mix rest of ingredients together and add to liquid
- Mix well Turn out on floured board and fold over several times Cover and let rise until double Push down
- Put into buttered casserole
- Let rise about 30 minutes Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes When done butter top and sprinkle with salt
