Dilly Casserole Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 14 c warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg unbeaten
  • 2 14 to 2 12 c flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dill seed
  • 1 c creamed cottage cheese
  • 14 tsp soda
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion

Directions

  1. Soften yeast in water
  2. Add cottage cheese onion butter dill seed salt soda and egg
  3. Add flour beating after first addition on low speed
  4. Cover let rise 1 hour
  5. Stir down
  6. Turn into well-greased casserole dish
  7. Let rise for 40 minutes
  8. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
  9. Brush with butter sprinkle on salt
  10. Serve
