Dilly Casserole Bread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 14 c warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg unbeaten
- 2 14 to 2 12 c flour
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dill seed
- 1 c creamed cottage cheese
- 14 tsp soda
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
Directions
- Soften yeast in water
- Add cottage cheese onion butter dill seed salt soda and egg
- Add flour beating after first addition on low speed
- Cover let rise 1 hour
- Stir down
- Turn into well-greased casserole dish
- Let rise for 40 minutes
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
- Brush with butter sprinkle on salt
- Serve
