Dinner Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- prepared mustard
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 to 2 cans chicken and rice soup
- 1 c rice
Directions
- Wash and drain pork chops
- Dip each chop in prepared mustard Roll in flour salt and pepper
- Fry to a golden brown
- Drain off fat
- Using the cans of soup spoon the rice on top of pork chops and pour the soup around chops
- Cover and simmer until tender
- If more rice is desired cook the cup of rice and spoon on the chops
- Use an electric skillet
