Ditalini Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 c cubed cooked ham
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 6 c water
- 29 oz tomato sauce
- 30 oz Great Northern beans
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 14 tsp pepper
- 8 oz cooked ditalini pasta
Directions
- In large pot heat oil saute ham onion garlic until tender
- Add water sauce beans parsley and pepper and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer covered 10 minutes to blend flavors
- Add pasta
- Serve with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
