Divinity Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 12 c granulated sugar
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 12 c water
- 18 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl or casserole
- Microwave High setting 5 minutes
- Stir well Microwave 9 minutes more or until mixture reaches 260 hard ball stage on a candy thermometer
- Do not stir corn mixture
