Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 12 c corn syrup
- 12 c water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c black walnut meats
Directions
- Boil syrup water and sugar until it spins a thread
- Pour over beaten egg white and continue beating until gloss is gone Add vanilla and walnuts
- Pour onto greased platter to cool
