Do-Ahead Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- 10 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- dash of pepper
- 8 oz pkg Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb bacon cut up very small
Directions
- Butter slices of bread and decrust
- Lay butter side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- With mixer or blender beat eggs milk salt pepper and dry mustard
- Pour over bread
- Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture
- Place bacon uncooked on top
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
