Dobby Cake

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp margarine
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 c diced unpeeled apples
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cream the margarine sugar and egg
2. Stir in flour salt soda cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla
3. Dough will be stiff
4. Fold in apples and nuts
5. Spread in pan sprayed with Pam 8 x 8 x 2-inch and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
