DonS Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken
• 1 small green pepper chunked
• salt and pepper
• 1 small onion quartered
• 3 or 4 Tbsp margarine
• 3 strips bacon

Directions

1. Put green pepper salt pepper margarine and onion inside chicken
2. Lay bacon over breast area and tie chicken well
3. Put on spit and rub a little margarine over chicken
4. Put on rotisserie and cook on medium or low until well done
