Dorito Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• salt to taste
• 1 small diced onion
• plain Doritos
• 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• grated cheese

Directions

1. Cook hamburger salt and onion
2. Layer baking dish with Doritos
3. Put meat mixture on top of Doritos
4. Mix soups and Ro-Tel and pour mixture over meat
5. Bake at 350 until it bubbles Remove from oven and top with grated cheese
6. Return to oven until cheese melts
7. Sprinkle with crumbled Doritos
