Dorothy ShermanS Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 23 c cooking oil
- 23 c canned apricot juice
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp lemon juice or lemon extract
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Beat 2 minutes on medium speed
- Then 4 minutes on high speed
- Bake in a well-greased tube pan at 325 for 55 minutes or until done
- Let cool for a few minutes and then turn upside-down on plate
- With large cooking fork tines punch holes in cooled cake
