DorothyS Muffins

Ingredients

• 34 c milk
• 14 c melted margarine cooked or oil
• 1 egg
• 1 c all-purpose flour
• 1 c quick cooking oatmeal
• 13 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 1 c orange marmalade

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease bottoms only of muffin tins or use paper liners
3. Beat egg melted margarine and milk
4. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture
5. Stir until flour is moistened
6. Stir in marmalade mixing well
7. Divide equally into 12 prepared muffin tin cups
8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
9. Remove from pan immediately
