DorothyS Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 c rhubarb small pieces
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 12 c sugar plus 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add sugar and flour
  3. Mix together with wooden spoon and stir in soft butter and salt
  4. Pour this over rhubarb in unbaked shell
  5. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes and then at 350 for 30 minutes
