DotS Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients
- 16 oz pkg vermicelli
- 2 12 lb ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 1 medium green pepper
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium jar stuffed green olives
- 1 lb grated sharp cheese
Directions
- Brown meat and onions
- In another pan place tomato soup and 2 cans of water
- Add chopped green pepper and olive juice
- Boil for a few minutes
- Add Worcestershire sauce
- Cook and drain spaghetti or vermicelli
- Put in large container
- Add meat sauce and cheese to spaghetti
- Mix well
- Put in 2 casseroles 13 x 9-inch Spread can of undiluted mushroom soup on top of each
- Decorate with sliced olives
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
