DotS Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 oz pkg vermicelli
  • 2 12 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium jar stuffed green olives
  • 1 lb grated sharp cheese

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onions
  2. In another pan place tomato soup and 2 cans of water
  3. Add chopped green pepper and olive juice
  4. Boil for a few minutes
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce
  6. Cook and drain spaghetti or vermicelli
  7. Put in large container
  8. Add meat sauce and cheese to spaghetti
  9. Mix well
  10. Put in 2 casseroles 13 x 9-inch Spread can of undiluted mushroom soup on top of each
  11. Decorate with sliced olives
  12. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
