Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 4 c flour
• 3 c chopped nuts pecans
• 5 c blended oatmeal blend oatmeal in a blender to make a fine powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 12 oz chocolate chips
• 12 oz white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Cream butter and both sugars
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3. Mix together with flour oatmeal salt baking powder and soda
4. Add chocolate and white chocolate chips and nuts
