Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 23 c shortening
- 14 c water
- 1 pkg Butter Recipe devils food cake mix
- 1 c quick cooking oats
- 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Beat eggs shortening and half of the cake mix dry until smooth
- Stir in remaining cake mix oats and chocolate pieces
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet
- Makes about 5 dozen
