Double Crust Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
- 2 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 13 c melted butter
- Pastry for double-crust pie you can use refrigerated ready made crust
Directions
- Combine peaches sugar flour and spices
- Set aside until syrup forms
- Bring peaches to a boil
- Cook 10 minutes or until tender
- Remove from heat and blend in almond extract and butter
