Doughnuts

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp shortening
• 2 eggs
• 4 12 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 18 tsp mace
• 1 c sugar
• 4 14 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c milk

Directions

1. Combine shortening sugar and eggs
2. Cream
3. Add dry ingredients alternately
4. Add milk into flour mixture
5. Blend well
6. Cover and chill 1 hour
