Doughnuts

Ingredients
- 4 12 c milk
- 3 rounded Tbsp yeast
- 1 12 c warm water
- 6 c flour
- 6 whole eggs
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 12 c melted lard
- 6 tsp salt
- 12 c flour
Directions
- Bring the milk to a boil cool to lukewarm
- Dissolve the yeast with the warm water
- Mix and add 6 cups flour
- Let set for 30 minutes then add the beaten eggs and egg yolks
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Let rise until double then roll and cut Let rise then deep fat fry in vegetable oil
