Doughy White Bread

Ingredients
- 8 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 lb butter
- 1 egg
- 2 c warm milk
- 1 cake yeast
Directions
- Melt butter and allow to cool
- Follow package directions to activate yeast
- Sift flour sugar and salt
- Combine with egg Add butter and milk
- Add yeast last
- Beat well
- Return to bowl and let rise covered for one hour or until doubled
- Shape into two loaves and let rise in pans
- Brush with melted butter
- Bake at 350 until golden brown approximately 30 minutes
