Douglas Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 whole or 12 halves boned chicken breasts
- 6 strips bacon cut in halves
- 1 jar dried beef
- 12 pt sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp sherry cooking wine
Directions
- Soak deboned chicken in salt water a few minutes
- Grease baking dish
- Wrap 12 strip bacon around center part of each breast
- Place a piece of dried beef in baking dish
- Put a piece of chicken breast on
- beef
- Cover with sour cream mushroom soup and sherry mixed together
- Sprinkle with paprika and pepper Bake at 325 for 3 hours
