Douglas Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 whole or 12 halves boned chicken breasts
  • 6 strips bacon cut in halves
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 12 pt sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp sherry cooking wine

Directions

  1. Soak deboned chicken in salt water a few minutes
  2. Grease baking dish
  3. Wrap 12 strip bacon around center part of each breast
  4. Place a piece of dried beef in baking dish
  5. Put a piece of chicken breast on
  6. beef
  7. Cover with sour cream mushroom soup and sherry mixed together
  8. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper Bake at 325 for 3 hours
