Dove Load Burritos
Ingredients
- 36 dove breast boned and diced
- 12 lb butter
- 1 large purple onion diced
- lemon pepper to taste
- 1-12 lbs potatoes diced
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 16 oz jar salsa
- 4 oz can chili peppers diced
- 12 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese shredded
- green taco sauce
Directions
- In large skillet over medium heat cook dove meat and onion in 12 the butter season with lemon pepper
- Cook for 10 minutes set aside
- In same skillet melt remaining butter and fry potatoes adding lemon pepper
- and garlic salt to taste
- Place meat in with potatoes adding salsa and chili peppers
- Simmer 15 minutes stirring frequently
- Spoon into warm tortillas cover with cheese and green taco sauce
- Fold and serve
