Ingredients

  • 6 doves
  • bacon
  • 4 medium peeled potatoes
  • 1 small onion quartered
  • 1 carrot cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 14-inch sliced green pepper fine diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Place doves breast up on 6 pieces of aluminum foil 12-inches square
  2. Place 12 strip thick bacon over breast of each dove
  3. Place vegetables around doves on foil salt and pepper to taste
  4. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over doves
  5. Fold foil to seal
  6. Bake in 325 oven for 90 minutes
  7. When done place foil containers on dinner plate and unfold
