Ingredients
- 12 oz thin noodles
- 1 lb scallops quartered
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 c butter
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 18 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 4 c milk
- 34 lb fresh mushrooms
- 12 to 23 c sherry
- 12 lb grated sharp cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook noodles drain
- Saute scallops in 4 tablespoons butter
- When almost cooked add shrimp and cook until seafood is opaque
- Drain
- Save liquid
- Melt 6 tablespoons butter blend in flour salt and pepper
- Cook until smooth Slowly add milk some of seafood liquid could be substituted Cook until sauce thickens stirring constantly
- Add sherry
- Add scallops shrimp and sauce to noodles
