Ingredients

  • 12 oz thin noodles
  • 1 lb scallops quartered
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 c butter
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 4 c milk
  • 34 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 12 to 23 c sherry
  • 12 lb grated sharp cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook noodles drain
  3. Saute scallops in 4 tablespoons butter
  4. When almost cooked add shrimp and cook until seafood is opaque
  5. Drain
  6. Save liquid
  7. Melt 6 tablespoons butter blend in flour salt and pepper
  8. Cook until smooth Slowly add milk some of seafood liquid could be substituted Cook until sauce thickens stirring constantly
  9. Add sherry
  10. Add scallops shrimp and sauce to noodles
