nonstick spray
soft butter
2 13 c all-purpose flour divided use
13 c confectioners sugar
12 tsp cinnamon
1 12 c fresh or frozen blueberries
13 c semolina
2 tsp baking powder
12 tsp salt
2 eggs
7 oz milk
1 c granulated sugar
2 Tbsp butter

Directions

Lightly spray the inside of muffin tins with nonstick spray With a paper towel or tissue gently wipe the spray inside each muffin cup
Spread soft butter around inside of each muffin cup liberally
Set aside tins in cool place
Into a bowl put 13 cup flour 13 cup confectioners sugar and 12 teaspoon cinnamon mix well then add the fresh or hard frozen berries and mix well Reserve at room temperature
