Dr Bird Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 c cooking oil
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 2 c diced bananas
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Measure and mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
2. Add eggs oil pineapple with juice and bananas
3. Stir to blend do not beat
4. Pour into 9-inch tube pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes
