Drambuie Pecan RoundsMakes 4 Dozen
Ingredients
- 34 c softened butter
- 1 egg
- 2 14 c flour
- pecan or walnut halves
- 23 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp Drambuie
- 1 c confectioners sugar
Directions
- In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar
- Beat in egg and 3 tablespoons Drambuie
- Slowly add flour and mix well
- Shape dough into a 12-inch log
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour or until firm
- Cut dough into 14-inch thick slices
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on wire rack
